Keeping Active / Gentle

Our award-winning group fitness program is designed specifically for individuals in their 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond. All classes marked as Keeping Active or Gentle have been specially tailored for these age groups. These classes focus on strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, helping to maintain an active, independent lifestyle. Participants experience improved confidence, reduced fall risk, and enhanced overall health. Each session is individualized, fostering a supportive and social environment where everyone is welcome and encouraged to stay active.
A doctor’s clearance is required before attending, and those with pre-existing medical conditions will need to complete an assessment with our Exercise Physiologist to ensure a safe and effective workout plan.
Reformer Pilates

A core-strengthening and muscle-toning workout that engages all major muscle groups while emphasizing posture, balance, and stability. We have six reformer machines, and the class alternates between reformers and the mats to provide a well-rounded workout. This class focuses on proper alignment and controlled movement, helping to improve flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness.
Kalorie Killer

Be ready to work hard and sweat in this total-body workout! Kalorie Killer is a high-intensity class combining cardiovascular training with strength-based exercises. Designed to push your limits, this session will challenge your endurance, build strength, and burn serious calories. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness or tone your muscles, this class will keep you moving and motivated!
X Training

A high-energy workout combining weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements. With constantly varied, total-body exercises, this class is designed to improve overall fitness, build strength, and boost endurance—all while keeping it fun and effective!
Weigths

A 45-60 minute strength-focused class using weights and equipment rather than bodyweight exercises. Benefits include improved muscle strength, better posture, injury prevention, increased bone density, and reduced risk of osteoporosis. For best results, attend at least twice a week.
Functional

A mobility and strength-focused workout designed to enhance balance, coordination, and overall movement. This class incorporates both compound and isolated exercises to improve everyday function.
Strength + Conditioning

A total-body workout focused on building muscle and increasing overall strength. Expect to lift, push, and pull your way to a stronger, more resilient physique.
Aerobic Step

A 60-minute step class where you’ll step your heart out to the beat of energizing music! This upbeat and dynamic workout builds cardiovascular health while improving coordination. Exercises can be adjusted to all fitness levels, making it a great workout for everyone!
Total Body Pump

A high-energy, music-driven class using an aerobic step, barbell, and weights. This 60-minute session is designed to strengthen your muscles while keeping you moving to the beat of the music. Expect a fun, full-body workout that enhances endurance, coordination, and overall strength. Suitable for all fitness levels!
BARRE

A ballet-inspired workout designed to sculpt and tone your legs, glutes, and core while incorporating cardio for an extra challenge. Expect to feel the burn while improving your posture and poise!
Yoga

A low-intensity class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and build strength while connecting with your breath. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Bootcamp

A dynamic, ever-changing workout that blends strength, speed, and endurance training. Expect a mix of cardio, resistance, and functional exercises—all scalable to your fitness level.
